The team was phenomenal. I had to book an emergency move due to my new rental being unavailable on the original date we were supposed to move. I booked the team the same day, provided an estimate and took an $200 deposit. They sent two gentleman who were efficient, careful with our items and respectful. They wrapped everything and provided even offered to help unwrap everything. Considering I am a small person and my partner cannot lift heavy weight, this was very helpful. They also were communicative with myself and my spouse when they were leaving the shop and ready to go to our new rental. Worth every penny. 12/10 stars!

We hired YEG Movers in June 2025, Jason, AJ, Bailey and Ed were very professional, curious, friendly. They were on time, played great music, very fast workers, took great care in taking apart our furniture. When we got to the new house they made sure all our bigger items were where we wanted them, fixed a door on our tv stand, put our dining table back together. **AMENDMENT** After I left my initial review I was contacted immediately (within 10 mins) by Tony from YEG Movers. He apologized for the discrepancies and explained why I had not received any communication from Lyka. He took responsibility and apologized for the mistake in billing on their end, explained what had happened, sent me the corrected invoice, and immediately issued me a refund for the amount owed. Now that this issue has been resolved in a timely manner and responsibility was taken, I would recommend YEG Movers. Amna was extremely helpful, offering a virtual walk through to procure a quote and was very responsive in answering any questions I had and updating information if things changed. Typically for long distance moves it takes a couple days to receive your belongings but they were able to offer me a same day express move for a fixed rate cost. They also do not charge extra if the truck were to be stuck in traffic or held up on the highway. I was happy with the move itself and the two gentlemen who conducted the move were friendly and worked efficiently and quickly, explaining costs and going through the billing and having me review and sign off on the billing before and after the move. I had a long distance move from edmonton to calgary and the whole move took only 7 hours including driving time and two drop off and unload locations. One being a storage unit which was located the furthest away from the elevator in the building. They were able to fit all my belongings into my storage unit without any help from me. I would definietly recommend YEG movers for anyone moving within Edmonton or long distance. **INITIAL REVIEW** There was a discrepancy between the final invoice I was sent and charged for and the invoice I signed during the actual move. I was charged more for a box I purchased and I was charged a higher hourly rate than what I signed off on. I contacted the company regarding these discrepancies and was told they would look into it. It has been over a month now and I have sent three emails to a person named Lyka who has not responded since I sent the first email at the end of July. This company was extremely responsive until after they got paid and now I cannot get a response.
Our moving crew from YEG Movers was absolutely phenomenal. They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and polite. They handled our furniture and personal belongings with care and everything was moved in to our new home in perfect condition. This was a very long 14 hour + day to travel and move everything, and they did it extremely well even with a tricky spiral staircase involved. They were accommodating, prepared with extra supplies, enthusiastic, and had positive attitudes towards their profession. I can’t say enough positive things about Kamal, Navdeep, and Gurrandir and everyone on the YEG movers team! I’ve moved several times due to my profession and this is by far the best moving service I’ve ever had. They made a long stressful day seem easy. I would highly recommend YEG movers to anyone.
